Ағылшын тілі пәнінен сабақ. "Colours" open lesson.

The Date:     27.XI.2013 year, Wednesday.
The 5 th ‘’A,B’’ form.
The Theme: Step Two. Colours.
The Aims:    To enrich pupil’s knowledge about colours, to introduce the new words.
To develop pupil’s speaking, reading and writing skills.
To develop pupil’s abilities in reading for understanding.
To enlarge pupil’s interest in learning foreign language.

Type of the lesson:           Introduction of the new material.
Methods of the lesson:   Role-play, question – answers, individual work, games.
I.Org.moment:       -Good afternoon, pupils!
  I am glad to see you. – How are you? (We are fine).
-Who is on duty today?
-Who is absent?
II.Checking the homework.
-Let’s check up your homework. What was you homework for today? Our homework was: Unit four. Step one. What time is it? (Уақыт неше болды?)
Old books at page 54, exercise 2,8.
New words: past               [pa:st]           -кетті
half                [ha:f]             -жарым, жарты
quarter         [kwә:tә]        -15 минут кеткенде, қалғанда (ширек)
time               [taim]            -уақыт
o’clock          [ә’clәk]          -сағат
anyway         [eni’wei]       -қалай болғанда да
to                    [tu:]               -ға, -ге, -қа, -ке, -на, - не
Work with cards. Say these clock times:
1000  It’s 10 o’clock.                                            1025 It’s twenty five past ten.
1010 It’s ten past ten.                                          935 It’s twenty five to nine.
1020 It’s twenty past ten.                                   1030 It’s half past ten.

Grey, grey cap.                                                      It’s white.

Blue, blue bike.                                                     It’s grey.

Flipchart 4.             Singular and Plural questions.

IV.Exercises.
-Now, you’ll read the dialogue with the helpof pupils.
-Open your books page – 63.
-Who, wants to be Asel, Omar, Colin and Carl?
-Read the dialogue and translate into Kazakh.
Exercise: 0
Asel: Сәлем, Колин!
Omar:Сәлем, Карл!
Colin:Сәлем.
Carol:Сенде үй жануары бар ма? (қолға үйретілген, үйде ұстайтын жануар)
Omar:Ия, бізде мысық пен ит бар. Ал сенде ше?
Жоқ бізде. Сенің мысығыңның түсі қандай?
Colin:Ол қара және ақ.
Omar:Оның көзінің түсі қандай?
Colin:Олар қоңыр.
Exercise 4;6. Pair work. (Тақтаға орындату.)
-Talk to your partner about Colin’s clothes.
P1. What colour is Colin’s T-shirt? It’s pink.
P2. What colour are Colin’s trousers? They are green.
P3.What colour are Omar’s clothes/trousers? They are blue.
P4.What colour is Omar’s shirt? It’s red.
V.Conclusion.
-Let’s play a game. Now, we’ll play the game “Shopping”.
There are different clothes. You’ll find the names of clothes and colours.

For Example:          This is a pullover.

Open your diaries and write down your homework. Ex: 7,8.
VII.Evaluation.
